Below we present different monthly payment plans based on the average number of hours of service. Of course, we will adjust and create the plan according to your needs.

The maintenance payment basically includes

  • General content design and maintenance tasks such as:
    • layout and loading of content such as pages, articles, products, properties, events, etc.
    • Banner creation.
    • Image processing.
    • Adjustments in the design mockup.
    • Mass import of information.
    • Among others.
  • General support attention in terms of ensuring the proper functioning of the site, solution of contingencies and incidents caused by the use of it or the administrator, or by changes in third parties that influence its operation, etc.
  • Assistance in the use of the self-management system, for those people who need to interact with it.
  • Carrying out regular backups and restoring them if necessary.
  • Constant updating of our CMS SISFOX -in the event that you have our system- to improve its performance and usability . These are some of the tasks we perform:
    • Correction of general operating errors -bugs- or those that are the product of logical circumstances not contemplated or the use of the administrator .
    • Necessary corrections in the code due to the appearance of new versions of programming languages, databases and software that affect the visit of a site: browsers (IE, Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, Opera, etc.), antivirus , Messengers, Operating Systems, etc.
    • Code improvements to achieve better organic positioning (SEO)
    • Usability improvements for both the public site and the back-office
    • Development of new modules and/or functionalities both for the management and for the presentation of content on the public site.

IMPORTANT : If your website is programmed with another system such as Wordpress, Prestashop, Cloud Store, Empretienda, etc. we will have to evaluate its configuration to confirm that we can provide you with support on it. Especially when it comes to the technical part.

Frequent questions

Generally and before contracting the subscription, we carry out a joint evaluation regarding the specific tasks to be carried out on a monthly basis .

If the number of monthly hours used greatly exceeds those set forth in the active plan , we will jointly evaluate the modification of the plan. Likewise, and in general, we evaluate the tasks carried out every 3 months to determine if the plan should be modified. Of course any modification will always be made by mutual agreement .

Payment can be made in cash by bank transfer or by credit card subscription. The payment of the subscription must be made from 1 to 10 months in advance. The cycle is calculated from the date of hire.

After the due date, a 3% surcharge will be charged on the total for late payment and during the current month.

It does not include custom programming of modules and/or special functions that you need for your project. If required, they will be budgeted in a timely manner.
